1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and mybet ("mybet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the mybet website located at mybet.run and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the mybet Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mybet Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with mybet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. mybet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The mybet Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. mybet makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one mybet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mybet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

2.5 KYC Verification. mybet may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS ID). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mybet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.

3.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your mybet account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mybet support immediately via live chat.

3.3 mybet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. mybet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the mybet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are charged by mybet.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. mybet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change from time to time at mybet's discretion.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within the same business day. mybet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

4.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your mybet account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. mybet complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. mybet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which will be communicated to the Player prior to any deduction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 mybet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

5.2 Bonuses are credited to your mybet account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

5.3 mybet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, mybet's decision shall be final.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements – is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Each game available on the mybet Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

6.2 All casino games on mybet use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and reflect long-term statistical averages.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, mybet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account.

6.4 mybet reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed or paid.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the mybet Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the mybet Platform;
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your mybet account.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the mybet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of mybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the mybet Platform without the prior written consent of mybet.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The mybet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mybet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mybet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

9.3 mybet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mybet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

mybet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide the following tools to help Players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the mybet Platform.

11.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, mybet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold any withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse or fraud will be returned to you following the completion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

11.3 You may close your mybet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12. Amendments to These Terms

mybet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the mybet Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mybet's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact mybet's support team and allow a period of thirty (30) days for mybet to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
